Nous sommes passés par cette entreprise en 2019 lors d’une construction de maison. Ils ont percé accidentellement une lame de notre volet roulant et l’ont changé. Rien à dire. Ayant des fenêtres fixes nous venons aujourd’hui de démonter le coffrage pour un grand nettoyage de l’intérieur des volets. Nous sommes donc étonnés de voir que cette fameuse lame percée n’a pas été changé, juste déplacée. Elle a d’ailleurs abîmé une autre lame, quand on enroule le volet le métal doit frotter contre l’autre. On ne peut vraiment pas faire confiance…
We used this company in 2019 during a house construction project. They accidentally punctured a slat in our roller shutter and replaced it. Nothing to complain about. Having fixed windows, we just dismantled the casing today for a major cleaning of the inside of the shutters. We were therefore surprised to see that this infamous punctured slat wasn't replaced, just moved. It also damaged another slat; when you roll up the shutter, the metal must rub against the other. We really can't trust them...

Appel en début de semaine pour un devis. Recontacté fin de semaine uniquement pour poser un rdv le lendemain avant 17h (ou le sur lendemain si pas de possibilité de sa part). A 18h, le lendemain un appel pour s’excuser de ne pas m’avoir tenu au courant. Lorsque je lui explique que j’attend ce devis afin de comparer aussi avec un concurrent il me ricane au nez en me disant qu’il ne fonctionne pas au prix, qu’il ne se déplace pas pour rien. que ses client ne comptent pas. Pouvez-vous, Monsieur, s’il vous plaît m’expliquer le but d’un devis? Si ce n’est comparé l’offre. De plus, si vous n’avez pas le temps pour un devis, comment l’auriez-vous pour des travaux ?
